Trying to find a place to rent is currently an absolute disaster out there. Multiple offers, places leasing in hours/days instead of weeks/months, landlords rejecting applications for no reason etc make it extremely difficult for tenants just looking to secure a place out there for themselves.

After narrowing down my client’s search to an area by SQ 1 we hit the pavement hard and went through many condo units.
