Thanks to everyone who showed interest in the upper unit. We had some friends from out of town who became in urgent need of housing and they will be taking this unit.

The lower unit will still be available but won't be ready for a couple of months yet.
I will begin posting photos of it as soon as we start getting the cabinets installed. Stay tuned!

I just finished giving the apartment a quick clean, kind of. I vacuumed the stairs but don't worry, we'll shampoo the carpet before you move in.

TRI-POWER Countertop Pop-Up Receptacle

We are installing this really cool pop-up receptacle in the kitchen island. Receptacle on one side and USB A and C on the other. Plus the top works as QI charger. Not a cheap knockoff but cULus listed for countertop installation and manufactured by Hubbell (RCT620BK).
