I had someone tell me the other day that they heard its a bad time to sell.
So lets break that down.

Woodstock's number of sales are pretty similar to what they were a year ago, the biggest difference is there is more inventory right now, more inventory puts more pressure on pricing, but I explain in this video what our pricing actually looks like.

Thousands of conversations, hundreds of clients, busy markets, really hard markets, deals that came together beautifully and deals that kept me up at night for weeks.

I definitely don’t have it all figured out.

But after two decades in this business, I know that the things that matter most really haven’t changed.

Relationships matter. Your reputation matters. Consistency matters. And how you treat people matters.

Trends will change. Markets will change. Technology will definitely change.

But those things will always be true.

6 weeks ago, our office set a challenge together. Not just to “do more deals” but to push ourselves, stay accountable, sharpen our skills, and prove what can happen when a group of people fully commits.

We just hit our original goal. So now we have two weeks to push for our stretch goal 🙌🙌

I am so incredibly proud of this group.
