As we are also Yellowknife residents, we are also currently out of the territory per the evacuation order. However if you have any concerns, we will try our best to do what we can.

On a side note, Please contact your tenant insurance provider if you haven’t yet. Your accommodation, travel and meals may be covered depending on your insurance coverage and provider. If you are unable to reach then you may contact the Insurance Board of Canada at 1-844-2ask-IBC (1-844-227-5422) which can help address general questions about home, business, or vehicle insurance policies.

236 Fairchild Crescent - Update

We only started booking viewings yesterday and usually book qualified applicants one at a time since our properties get rented out right away so we don’t end up cancelling viewing appointments.

We are processing the rental agreement with just the 2nd viewing. Unfortunately, we are not able to book further viewings at this time.

Note: If you have pets and require an enclosed yard, front gate currently needs repair and will be done once snow melts.

If you don’t have pets we can open up and remove the gate so you can have more parking or open yard space.
