We are the faces behind GPR! We are a multi-family real estate investment company focused amongst the prairie provinces with an extensive network across Canada and apart of 6ten Realestate.
Kaitlyn is currently in her 4th year of university, majoring in accounting at the University of Saskatchewan. Later planning to pursue the CPA designation upon completing her degree. Increasing GPR’s ability to set up and structure entities, tax planning and analysis, business and deal valuations, strategic financial planning, and financial statement analysis.
Carson is currently in his final year of obtaining a bachelor of science in nursing degree. Later planning to obtain a master's in Finance alongside the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is also halfway through the process of becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent. Together these skill sets will assist GPR’s operations with the following: tenant management, increasing deal flow and RE connections, financial planning, investment and risk management strategy development, and utilizing corporate initiatives and networks to develop a RE fund.
We plan to combine both of our skill sets to achieve our ever-expanding RE goals within our company to provide solid real estate investments.
