Here’s a little look at what we’ve been up to on site 👷🏼‍♂️

Things are really taking shape at Hinchliffe Mill! Internal walls, staircases and new windows are progressing across the seven homes within the original mill, while work continues on the Phase Two new-build homes and drainage across the wider site.

With the transformation gathering pace, we’re looking forward to launching Phase Ibe in January 2027.
