🏞️ Past Project Spotlight: North Lake Community Park 🏞️

Madrid CPWG is proud to have played a key role in transforming North Lake Community Park in Lake County! 🌟 Our team developed the master plan, provided civil engineering design, and oversaw construction administration for this 100+ acre multi-purpose sports complex and community park.

Our scope included:
✅ Site planning & construction documents for recreational amenities, utilities, stormwater, parking, and access roads
✅ Construction oversight, including change order reviews, submittal approvals, site visits, and final certification

Madrid CPWG is proud to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for the ongoing improvements along State Road 789 in Longboat Key. Our team is fully engaged in monitoring all work to ensure quality and compliance every step of the way. With our CTQP Level 2 certified technicians on-site, we are committed to delivering excellence throughout this project.

Superior Asphalt, Inc. is providing top-notch service as the Prime Contractor for this project and the Town of Longboat Key staff are exemplary with their dedication to the project and efforts to maintain open communication, both with the internal project team and the general public. Teamwork makes all the difference!

Construction signage, erosion control, temporary striping for lane shifts and tree work / removal have thus far been completed!
