Meet Dave Robinson, the Director of Development & Construction at Alliant Partners Development! From operating heavy machinery as a teen to managing multi-million dollar projects, Dave has been hands-on in every stage of development.

After graduating from Penn State, he led operations at Robinson Land Company before making his mark in Western PA with major residential and retail projects—playing a key role in launching the region’s first Walgreens locations. His career took off in Florida, where he’s worked with top brands like Walgreens, Verizon, Starbucks, RaceTrac, Chase Bank, and Mattress Firm.

Recently, Dave attended the ULI Tampa Bay 2025 Trends Conference, where top industry professionals gathered to discuss the future of real estate in the region. This event brought together developers, attorneys, engineers, and planners to explore market shifts, new opportunities, and emerging trends shaping Tampa Bay.

The Shoppes at Apollo Beach is our newest ground-up, retail development located at the Northwest corner of US Highway 41 & Elsberry Road.
 
The development contains approximately 16,000 sq. ft. of Class A retail and 100,000 sq. ft. Self Storage building. The tenant lineup includes First Watch, GoodVets, AT&T, Tijuana Flats, Trulieve, and Radiant Express Car Wash.
