PB & CO SUMMER RECAP

It's been a busy and restless summer for PB & CO. An interesting mix of existing and new mandates, which I'll comment on briefly here:

⭕ Nid des Pecles | Luxury Chalets Chamonix

&. Very busy and successful summer. Guests seem to enjoy the hamlet’s serenity, comfort and services.

&. Major contract signed with a famous American brand of running shoes, sportswear and streetwear through a partnership with an events and brand agency based in Annecy. Athletes base camp for 2025.

&. Working on making our guests’ experience even more exceptional.

⭕ Unique Mountain Experiences

&. Creation and organisation of unique experiences for guests of a famous hotel on Lake Como. The opportunity to start a great collaboration with Café Quinson in Morgex (Valle d'Aosta) and its chef Agostino Buillas. First experience took place in August.

⭕ Chalet scouting for a reality TV show

&. Search for a chalet in the swiss alps for the filming of a new reality TV show for two major US & UK channels. Filming took place early September.

⭕ Two new properties in our portfolio for Winter 2025

&. Mandated to manage the rental of two exclusive chalets in the Chamonix valley. One located in Argentière for the month of February and a seasonal rental of a recently renovated farm in Servoz. More info soon, stay tuned!
