Hallo alle,
Da ich die Schweiz zum 28.02.2022 verlassen werde, möchte ich einen geeigneten Nachmieter/Nachmieterin finden, der/die die Wohnung und den bestehenden Vertrag übernimmt. Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, großen Wohnraum, Küche, Bad und Terasse (ca. 8m2) - insgesamt ca. 82m2 gross. Keller ist vorhanden und ca. 8m2 gross. Wohnung liegt ca. 10min zu Fuss von dem Dübendorf Bahnhof entfernt, Zürich Stadelhofen ist in ca. 8min mit S-Bahn zu erreichen. Tiefgarage ist vorhanden und kann um CHF 120,- auch übernommen werden.
ACHTUNG: Wohnung muss mit der vorhandenen Möbel übernommen werden, Ablöse CHF 2000,-. Darin enthalten sind alle Möbelstücke (Tische, Sofas, Schränke usw.) und LG TV (neu erworben in Okt 2021) ausser einige kleinere Bilder. Bei Interesse sind Betreibungsregisterauszug sowie die letzten 3 Gehaltsabrechnungen vorzulegen (Miete darf nicht 33% vom Gehalt übersteigen). Since I decided to leave Switzerland on 28.02.2022, I am searching for a right next tenant for my apartment in Dübendorf, Alte Gfennstrasse who will take over the existing contract and the apartment itself. Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, large living room (ca. 30m2), bathroom, kitchen and balcony (ca. 8m2) - altogether approx. 82m2. Apartment is located about 10min walk from the Dübendorf Main train station, Zurich Stadelhofen can be reached in about 8min by S-Bahn. Underground parking is available and can also be taken over for CHF 120.
ATTENTION: Apartment has to be taken over with the existing furniture, transfer fee CHF 2000,-. This includes all furniture (tables, sofas, cabinets, etc.) and LG TV (acquired in Oct 2021) except some smaller pictures. If you are interested, you have to submit an excerpt from the debt collection register and the last 3 pay slips (rent must not exceed 33% of the salary).
