This morning The Hamlet team, joined by one of our guests, took part in the legendary Course De L’Escalade, a route that passes right by our front door.

A brilliant team event with brilliant running from everyone involved!

The best part of living in the Old Town is how naturally it all fits together. Work, errands, exercise, dinner, everything within walking distance, everything connected by streets that invite you to take your time.

It’s one of the city’s most historic districts, beautifully maintained architecture, curated boutiques, and a sense of calm that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Even the busiest stays deserve moments of peace and stillness. In Townhouse 16, those moments are easy to find, whether it be over a quiet breakfast before the day begins, working at the desk with sunlight streaming in, or in the evening on the sofa with nothing but a book and time.

Every detail matters.

We’ve just returned from an inspiring day with our friends at Vitra. We immersed ourselves in colour, texture, and design classics, all to craft The Hamlet Riverside into a luxurious sanctuary with the same quiet charm our residents love in The Hamlet Old Town.

We know you’ll love the final result as much as we do

At the heart of The Hamlet lies The Square, a gathering place designed with the same quiet elegance as our apartments.

It’s where residents can pause, connect, or simply feel at ease, whether over a morning espresso or an impromptu meeting.

We'll see you at The Square on your next arrival.

One of the best things about being right in the heart of the Old Town, is early morning strolls down cobbled streets before the rest of Geneva has woken up. It's our favourite way to start the day.

We believe it’s the little things that matter most. A warm welcome, a friendly smile or a birthday surprise that turns a stay into something more.

When you walk through our doors, we hope it feels less like arriving at a hotel and more like coming home.

Every stay is personal, because we believe the details matter, and we strive to make your stay with us as unique as you are.

Once part of the hidden gardens of an 18th-century townhouse, our Courtyard apartments remain peaceful sanctuaries in the heart of Geneva. They're now some of the most contemporary buildings in the Old Town and today, they’re your private retreat with everything you could wish for while away.

We always love visiting the site of our upcoming 2nd location, The Hamlet Riverside. This time with our friends at to discuss all things design.

We're so excited to get to work with brands like Vitra again with this project, and even more excited to open it to guests next year.
