The Lifestyle Innovation Hub in the Press | A New Chapter for Chiasso

Following the inauguration of the Lifestyle Innovation Hub on 7 October, the project marks an important step beyond the transformation of a building: creating a new space where businesses, investors, research and innovation can connect, generating opportunities for the city and the wider Ticino region.

The project represents a CHF 30 million investment in the transformation of the former Credit Suisse headquarters into a hub focused on innovation, digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

As Paolo Colombo explained to RSI, the city’s accessibility and strategic location helped shape the decision to invest: “Chiasso is not a place to abandon, or a place not to invest in.” (Translated from Italian; RSI, 7 October 2026.)

The transformation is already delivering tangible results. Speaking to Corriere del Ticino, Carlo Colombo highlighted the work carried out on the building: “We have managed to restore all the spaces, and the building has retained its integrity.” (Translated from Italian; Corriere del Ticino, 7 October 2026.)

The inauguration of the Lifestyle Innovation Hub was an opportunity to come together, exchange ideas and discuss the future of the city, as well as the opportunities and transformations ahead for society and the world of work.

A++ Group decided to invest in this project because we believe in the potential of this space, in Chiasso’s future, and in the opportunities that emerge when businesses, talent and ideas come together.

Yesterday evening in Massagno was our first official opportunity to meet the A++ Massagno family — from the first team to the young athletes, coaches, families and everyone who makes this club what it is.

Paolo Colombo, Founder & Managing Director of A++ Group, Carlo Colombo, Partner & Creative Director, and Fabio Regazzi, President of A++ Massagno, were there to share this first moment together, introduce A++ Group to the team and, above all, meet the people behind the jerseys.

A special evening filled with energy, passion and enthusiasm — a first glimpse of the journey we are starting together.

The 2026/27 season brings a new phase for the club, with Robbi Gubitosa returning as Head Coach and a renewed first-team roster, alongside a strong commitment to developing the young talents of the academy.

, a 100% project, brings together the Group’s expertise in real estate development, architecture and sales, with leading the construction phase on site. The roofs of the main building cluster are now completed, while the cranes continue to work on the next stages of construction.
