Beef Stew with Peppers
Ingredients :
- 500 g beef strips.
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- รฉ 1 onion, minced
- ail 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- -๏ธ 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- รจres 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- au Black pepper, to taste
- - Salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and cut the peppers in strips. Grind the onion and chop the garlic.
2. Heat the oil: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Cook the beef: Add the beef strips to the hot pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is nicely golden brown. Get the beef out of the frying pan and reserve.
4. Stir fry vegetables: In the same pan, add the chopped onion and simmer for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then add the black pepper and minced garlic. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes, until the peppers are tender but still crispy.
