Aedartis AG is pleased to announce it has submitted the planning application for the consideration of Locarno City Council to create a visionary new 70-room luxury resort hotel in Monte Brè sopra Locarno.

The planning application, if approved by the Council, will stage the way for further discussions and cooperative workshops with the respective Authorities and stakeholders, with more detailed planning expected in due course.

Marc Sontag, CEO, informs: “This planning application means that people can see just what will be built in Monte Brè and how well it fits in and benefits its surroundings. It is yet another step towards the delivery of our vison of a modestly scaled resort with world-class appeal. Although the work is far from over, we are very proud of these plans that respect the latest zoning plan.”

Aedartis AG is planning the development of "Borgo Miranda" a high-end mixed-use resort in Monte Brè sopra Locarno.

The complex is set to be managed by an international hotel operator and will include 17 hotel suites, 53 serviced apartments, two restaurants, bar, spa with indoor and outdoor pools, bakery / Café bar, conference rooms and kids club.

With this hospitality project, Aedartis AG, wants to increase the attractiveness of the tourist destination in the long term.
