PSO Annual Meeting 2014
On the verge of reaching two decades of constant growth, PSO celebrated its annual meeting with a series of presentations that provided an overview of how the firm is addressing new challenges in improving the clients’ experience and putting the emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
More than 70 of PSO’s collaborators gathered on July 11 to share an afternoon of insight and ideas on the company’s future. The event was opened by Nicholas Walker (Founding Partner and Director), who presented an overview of the current status of each of the operating companies in the Southbridge Group.
Corporate narrative and strategic planning processes were topics addressed by Philip Brundell, our BPO Manager, who presented for the first time since his recent incorporation in the beginning of the year, offering a clear overview of his management goals.
For their part, Back Office Managers, Nidia Alarcón and Héctor Pavéz, referred to the importance of teamwork and ensuring that we, together with our clients, understand the essence of PSO’s values.
On another interesting topic, the consolidation of the human resources department as a more functional and structured unit was introduced by our Human Capital Supervisor, Leyla Perez.
Rodrigo Soza, our Managing Partner, closed the event presenting a new and interesting project called “Knowledge Center”, which is a PSO initiative to improve information management within the firm resulting in benefits for both PSO’s collaborators and clients.
As in previous years, PSO’s annual meeting was also a chance to spend quality time together as coworkers and to be aligned as regards quality standards that we aim to meet in our service deliverables.
