Minimum search fee is 10,000F

Our commission on RENTAL Properties is as follows:
BAMENDA/BUEA/LIMBE
50% of 1 month rent payable by the tenant for individuals
100% of 1 month rent for organisations
YOAOUNDE/DOUALA/ETC
One Month Rent payable by the tenant
Our prices are all Negotiable under specific policies, terms and conditions and with a legally binding contract
�Clients seeking rental space must ensure to provide a wide area of preference (at least 4 distinct areas) and also list all their ‘No Go Zones’. This is to ensure that our agents should be able to find the kind of property requested within the expected search area. They shall pay a negotiable service cost based on or price list. We wish to state that:
�We do not own houses nor build houses to ensure that there are always houses of client’s taste or physical specifications. Our key focus is the client’s BUDGET and areas of preference. We are only responsible to seek out properties available within your budget and/or within your areas of interest and not necessary your choice.
•�We are under no obligation to refund your payments if your ideal property (within your price range and/or physical specifications) is not found within your areas of choice. We shall propose all other properties available within your areas of preference whether they be of different physical characteristics or price range
•� We are under no obligation to expand/extend our search locations or periods to areas that had not been mentioned in our initial agreements.
•� We are under no obligation to use a specific timeframe as a search period for your need. Our search duration is dependent on the strength of our team involved in the search.
•� We are under no obligation refund your advanced payments for delays in search due to unforeseen circumstances such as Continuous or Heavy rainfalls, floods, Landslides, riots, lockdowns, and other acts of gods. You shall either extend your search period as well or forfeit your claim.
•� We shall not refund your advance due to your delay to act promptly upon the information provided by us in a timely manner. Failure provide contact persons and points through which information can be quickly and effectively communicated shall imply none refund.
