Are you fully bilingual in English and French, highly computer literate, autonomous and capable of solving problems without waiting for constant instructions?

⚠️ ENGLISH + FRENCH ARE MANDATORY
You must have full professional proficiency in BOTH languages — written and spoken.

✓ Undertake assignments within Cameroon and potentially across the CEMAC region
🚗 Category B Driving Licence: Strong advantage
🏢 Knowledge of real estate operations, land transactions, property administration or the broader real estate ecosystem: Advantage
🎓 EDUCATION
Bac+3 / Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification welcomed.
Master’s / Bac+5 and postgraduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong Bac+2 candidates with demonstrated operational capability may also be considered.
There is no academic ceiling for this position.
What matters is your ability to learn, take ownership, solve problems and deliver results.
💼 THIS IS A PERFORMANCE-BASED ROLE
Fixed Starting Remuneration: 150,000 XAF/month
Performance Component: 50,000–150,000 XAF/month
💰 INITIAL MONTHLY EARNING POTENTIAL:
200,000–300,000 XAF
