🎓I am incredibly proud of my supervisee, ENNEMOK CHRISTAJOY ENNI ESOAL, who has just completed her HND research on a topic that is both timely and transformative!

Her study examines the role of Dashboard Tools particularly Microsoft Power Bi in enhancing sales performance, using SOTAC as a case study. In a world where data drives decisions, Christajoy's research highlights why businesses in Cameroon must move beyond static Excel sheets and embrace dynamic, real-time business intelligence tools.

📊 Her findings show that 92.3% of respondents agreed that dashboard tools would significantly improve sales monitoring and decision-making a powerful testimony to where our business landscape is headed.

As technology continues to shape Cameroon's growing economy, young researchers like Christajoy are leading the conversation. I celebrate her dedication, hard work, and intellectual curiosity. The future is bright for you! 🌟

3 compétences indispensables pour devenir Data Analyst

Le métier de Data Analyst est aujourd’hui l’un des plus recherchés dans les entreprises.
Mais bonne nouvelle : il ne faut pas apprendre des dizaines d’outils pour commencer.

Voici 3 compétences essentielles qui peuvent déjà te permettre de démarrer une carrière dans l’analyse de données 👇

📊 1️⃣ Excel – La base de l’analyse de données

Avant d’utiliser des outils avancés, la plupart des entreprises analysent leurs données avec Microsoft Excel.

Avec Excel tu peux :
✔ organiser et nettoyer des données
✔ créer des tableaux et graphiques
✔ utiliser des fonctions comme VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables

C’est souvent le premier outil utilisé par les Data Analysts débutants.

🗄️ 2️⃣ SQL – Interroger les bases de données

Les entreprises stockent leurs données dans des bases de données.
Pour accéder à ces données, les analystes utilisent SQL.

Avec SQL tu peux :
✔ extraire les données d’une base
✔ filtrer et trier les informations
✔ analyser des millions de lignes de données.

C’est une compétence très demandée dans les entreprises.

📈 3️⃣ Power BI – Visualiser les données

Analyser des données ne suffit pas, il faut aussi les présenter clairement.

Avec Microsoft Power BI tu peux :
✔ créer des dashboards interactifs
✔ transformer des données en graphiques
✔ aider les entreprises à prendre des décisions basées sur les données.

Conclusion
Avec seulement Excel + SQL + Power BI, tu peux déjà acquérir les bases solides pour devenir Data Analyst.

La clé du succès n’est pas seulement d’apprendre les outils, mais surtout de pratiquer avec des projets réels.
