NDCE’s HQ is located at 20F, Wanxiang Square, Huarun Center, Chongchuan District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, having independent companies and offices in Manila (Philippines), Bac Giang (Vietnam), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Bangkok (Thailand). NDCE’s project management team was established in 2016, and the project footprints are all over Southeast Asian countries.
