Porque desarrollar responsablemente también significa crecer junto a las personas que forman parte del territorio.

Colaboradores de Bahía Papagayo unen fuerzas en Playa Panamá para devolver lo que el mar nos da.

Una sola botella plástica tarda hasta 450 años en degradarse y durante ese tiempo puede viajar miles de kilómetros hasta llegar a los arrecifes de coral. Separar los residuos desde casa y no dejar basura en la playa después de cada visita son los gestos más poderosos que podemos hacer por el océano.

Cuando clasificamos los residuos, evitamos que la basura llegue al mar, protegiendo la vida marina, los manglares y las costas que hacen única a nuestra región.

Pequeñas decisiones que generan un gran impacto. Cuidemos juntos los ecosistemas costeros.

Bahía Papagayo’s team members joined forces in Playa Panamá to give back to the ocean what it gives to us.

A single plastic bottle can take up to 450 years to decompose, traveling thousands of kilometers during that time before reaching coral reefs. Separating waste at home and leaving no trash behind after each beach visit are some of the most powerful actions we can take to protect the ocean.

When we properly sort waste, we help prevent pollution from reaching the sea, protecting marine life, mangroves, and the coastlines that make our region unique.
