While there you can visit the quaint town of Brasalitp and then head to the popular marina in Flamingo and maybe a trip to Portrero to see the beautiful Penca beach and have drinks at Las Brisas bar. All are in minutes of each other.

I’ve been here at Casa Pura Vida enjoying all it and this area has to offer. Time in my happy place by the pool. Sunsets at the beach, etc. I had the pleasure of hosting some old friends of mine from my previous time in Costa Rica many years ago. They asked not to have their photos in Facebook. But it was wonderful to be in their presence again.

Check it out. World’s best beach about 1 hour from Casa Pura Vida. Conchal beach is made entirely of ground sea shells. It is such a beautiful place.

Whether we like it or not winter is coming for many of us. Now is the time to plan your getaway to paradise. We have openings in December and some in February. They will not last long. At Casa Pura Vida we are located between the two beautiful beaches of Coco and Ocotal. We also offer a lush tropical oasis around our lovely pool. The town of Coco is a short distance away with great restaurants and nightlife. There is always something to do. National parks are a close enough for day trips to see nature.
