This 47-Acres has one of the Biggest Mountain Views around and is located in the Southern part of the country between Ciudad Neily (the city of Neily) and San Vito in the high mountainous area of Santo Domingo, Agua Buena.

The road up from the quaint town of Agua Buena is about 4.5 kilometers (2.5 miles) to the property and although dirt it is a well-compacted road and easily traveled.

From the farm you have expansive views across large valleys into Panama, Volcano Baru and the Talamanca mountains. It is the highest point around, a Superb Feeling. The climate is cool and it will get down into the high 60’s at night but can be 80F daytime temps. Humidity may be slightly lower due to the altitude of nearly 4000 feet. The views are just incredible up here and it could be a great farm for horses, coffee, or a combination. Quality Coffee is grown at 4000 ft and above, most of the coffee growing around Agua Buena is lower at 3200 ft. so this can produce a better coffee. It would also make an ideal location for a family compound or a Farming Community.

The property has three FRESHWATER SPRINGS; the lower part of the farm has road frontage and electricity. There is also a road winding up to a neighboring communication antenna, so the back part (highest part) of the property is easily reached. There is also electricity running up to this antenna so even at the top, which has the BEST VIEWS , an electrical line and transformer are already present. Building a home up here would be very special and on clear days the view down to GOLFO DULCE and the PACIFIC OCEAN would be spellbinding. The entire farm is fenced.
