oast town of Samara. There is a ranchero next to the pool area where one can be sheltered from the sun, dine, visit, read, play a game of cards .... There is also a charcoal grill and tables in the garden area. Sea Horse has a queen bed, A/C, and a large closet with a safe. Dine inside or outside on the terrace, both have ceiling fans. The terrace has new blinds, which help keep out the heat, and includes a table/chairs. This is a quiet place to read or visit. Maid service is included and laundry facilities are conveniently available on site for a reasonable fee, along with a clothes line. Wi-Fi internet is also included and shared with Las Palmeras. The condo is on the main level (no stairs) making this an ideal location for families with young children or those with mobility concerns. Sea Horse is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Samara Beach, one of the safest beaches for swimming / surfing in Costa Rica. There is a grocery store, bakery, and restaurants 100 meters around the corner, or it is a 12 minute walk to the seaside village of Samara where you will find restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities . Bicycles are available near-by to rent if one so desires. Samara offers full dental, medical, police, post office, and pharmacy services. There are two banks ( Bank National and Bank of Costa Rica). There is a wonderful open air weekly Farmer's Market, an Organic Market and Cafe and a variety of restaurants ( Mexican, Thai, Italian, sushi, steak, veggie, seafood and more .... ) Enjoy the natural beauty of Samara. Snorkel ( good reef near-by), hike, cycle, kayak, surf, horseback ride, walk the beach or just lay back in the sun or under a palm tree!. Learn to speak Spanish at the Intercultura Institute. The Green Season ( May to November) is a wonderful time of the year to visit Samara. It is much quieter as most of the Snowbirds have gone home. It rains almost daily (for about an hour), but one can easily plan activities around this rain. Sea Horse offers inviting off season rental rates!!I It is also a great location if you are looking for a place to live while you are attending the language school or building a home in the area. Long term low- season tenants are welcome - April to November!
