Wake Up in the Jungle!

Wake to toucans, monkeys, and scarlet macaws on 9.18 acres of pristine Costa Rican rainforest. This recently refreshed, fully furnished 2BR, 1BA custom home blends modern comfort with artisan charm—turnkey and ready to enjoy or rent immediately. Sip your morning coffee among fruit trees, then cool off on your private pool terrace surrounded by jungle.

The property offers exceptional upside: a separate gated plantel is ready for a future home, villas, or boutique retreat, and a third plantel is currently being cut in, opening additional development opportunities with ocean views—all while the existing home generates income.

Lush orchards produce mango, avocado, carambola, and wild blackberries, complemented by a working Mariola beehive yielding prized medicinal honey. Total privacy, breathtaking scenery, and endless potential—just minutes from Ojochal, beaches, adventures, and Palmar Sur airport.

Price: $899,900 USD
