At ELEMENTTO, the design begins with the topography, the trees and the views. The buildings respond to the land, never the reverse. Thirteen hectares, eighteen residences, one preserved landscape.

The Solaris estate is a thirteen-hectare reserve. Native species — Guarumo, African Tulip Tree, Cedar — grow alongside the path, in the company of sloths, hummingbirds, trogons and barn owls. The reserve is the most considered amenity at ELEMENTTO.
