Co-Owner/Broker @ CBPR. Grateful to have lived and worked in Costa Rica since 2008. Matt Rosensteele is the founder and Owner-Broker of Latitude10 Realty.

He is a member of CRGAR and NAR and worked several years for a prominent real estate brokerage out of Tamarindo. After this experience, he founded the independent brokerage Latitude10 Realty out of our office in Junquillal. As a permanent resident, Matt is proud to be registered in the Costa Rican government database of legitimate real estate organizations/individuals through SUGEF. He has lived a

nd worked in Costa Rica since 2008, first coming to fulfill a two-year commitment as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer. After finishing his Peace Corps service, he returned to Costa Rica to direct an environmental non-profit organization called Restoring Our Watershed (ROW). Through his work with ROW, Matt established several Costa Rican organizations and for-profit enterprises that support a positive, broad vision of partnering sustainable economic activity with environmental protection.
