Why does your Airbnb suck?

Achieving the highest ROI on an investment property is an art. It’s far more complicated than buying a place, throwing in random furniture, and hoping for the best. The best STRs create an experience.

They give people a reason to stay. Beyond location and cleanliness (which are non-negotiable), everything is intentional- the furniture matches the vibe, the backyard is built for the exact type of guests you’re targeting.

I prefer buying properties we can renovate ourselves, dial in every detail, and avoid paying a premium for someone else’s already high performing asset- but both approaches can work if done right.

My team and I analyze every deal at a granular level to make sure it checks all the boxes so you actually outperform your competition.

That’s the difference between making 80–100k and 150–200k+ annually.

Plan for all contingencies!

I own multiple properties in Ontario and they’ve been great, but this is something most investors ignore…

You need to understand landlord rights and worst-case scenarios before you buy.

Non-payment and evictions are part of the game.

Ontario: tenant-leaning, 10–12+ months minimum to evict
Florida: landlord-leaning, ~2 months to evict

That difference alone can gravely affect not only your cash flow but the overall value of your property.

That’s one of the reasons I’m actively pivoting my portfolio with Florida as a focal point.
