Beachwalk is an exclusive micro-community made up of small groupings of homes (or Casitas) located in Playa Avellanas, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Playa Avellanas is protected by a 200 meter easement which includes its beaches and coastal Mangroves. Beachwalk’s name comes from its close proximity to the world famous Playa Avellanas beaches, expansive estuary, and surf breaks. Besides having spectacular ocean views, the countryside is filled with a variety of ridge tops, valleys, and numerous rivers and waterways. The dry tropical forest climate of this region offers sunshine for seven months of the year, which makes it the most visited region in Costa Rica. While on vacation enjoy the local culture, shops, eco-tourism, cantinas and restaurants. Beachwalk broke ground in 2012 and is the first sustainable, eco-conscious community being constructed of its kind in the area.

A recent review from another happy guest.....This beautiful property has it all , wonderful beds, an outdoor shower, pool, great kitchen, fantastic restaurants and most of all the beaches never get old. The sunsets are amazing !The host Donald went above and beyondTo make sure are stay was comfortable. I hope to be back with the entire family next time. I highly recommend renting a car or truck so you can do more exploring. Thanks Donald !
