The Space
As the name implies it is a fifty odd square meters duplex apartment, in which the lower floor represent a living area space whereas the upper floor is reserved for resting. This living area consist of a comparatively spacious foyer with staircase access, a neatly arranged living room with adjoining dining area, a compact kitchen with a rather fine list of appliances and the additional
toilet. The bathroom (with a bathtub and a washing machine) and a comfy bedroom are on the upper floor. Moreover there is a small pantry behind the landing which can be used for luggage storage. The sleeping arrangement is somewhat expected – two in the bedroom and two on the fold out L shaped sectional sofa in the living room. However, unlike almost all other apartments in our offer, this lodging has the two quite far apart, and the convenience is further enhanced by the existence of the second toilet. All in all, DUPLEX is a very comfortable and well equipped accommodation for four people. Cable TV, air-conditioning, bed linen and towels are at guest's disposal as well. Getting Around
The apartment is in one of the nicest locations in New Belgrade, with Belgrade Arena and Greek-Cypriot shopping center in its immediate neighborhood. A ten minute ride in public transport, in either direction, will get you to the two biggest shopping malls in Belgrade (delta City or Confluence). It takes fifteen minutes to get to the Old City and the proximity of the E 75 highway is actually a quick connection to other, more remote parts of Belgrade. The apartment is outside of the zoned parking system so there's plenty of parking space which is free of charge.
