Ipak, komšiluk je veoma miran i oko zgrade nema gužve). Parking oko zgrade je besplatan, a prekoputa u okviru Temerinske pijace postoji još jedan parking prostor koji nudi dnevno parkiranje uz doplatu od 95 dinara (0,81 evra), što je retkost tako blizu centra grada. Prodavnica je odmah iza ugla, a mnogi sjajni gradski restorani, muzeji, kafići i supermarketi nalaze se na 5-10 minuta hoda. Poliklinika Novakov i saradnici udaljena je 2 minuta (200 m). This apartment features a living room with a semi-separate working/sleeping space and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A flat-screen smart TV and wi-fi are provided. A working space is interchangeable with a comfortable king bed (160x200cm) and there is also a sofa bed for sleeping up to four people in total. Still, the neighborhood is very peaceful and there is no traffic jam around the building. The parking around the building is free and there is another parking area across the street within the market place which offers daily parking for a fee of 95 RSD (EUR 0,81), which is a rare find so close to the city center. The store is right around the corner and many great city restaurants, museums, bars and supermarkets are within a 5–10 minute walking distance.
