Casa Animas is located in a lovely area of Central Havana, where you can feel the energy of Cuba and experience a 'real feel' for Havana and the Cuban peoples everyday lives. Our Casa is situated in a residential area, right in the Centre of Havana, our area is very popular for Cubans and one of the best areas for Cuban people to live based on local transport links and being in the middle of everything. This also makes it a perfect place for tourists to visit if you are after experiencing a true Cuban neighbourhood but still close enough to reach the tourist area of Old Havana by taxi or foot. We are not a 5 star hotel, but offer a high quality apartment, with exceptional service on a 1 to 1 bases, before, during and after your travels. In our apartment you will experience a more personal feel and whatever you need during your stay Yakira and Isabel are at hand to help you. Do not miss out on Isabel's home made breakfasts at a small extra cost, use this time to get inside information on Havana, restaurant recommendations, taxi bookings if needed and help with planning your day for a local Cuban. We are round the corner from the famous callejon de hamel, only 5 blocks from neighbouring Vedado and the University of Havana and 3 blocks from the Malecon and not far from the new American Embassy. It is located between 2 major roads for the local taxi routes San Lazaro and Neptuno, taking a 3 minute taxi ride or 20 minute walk to old Havana. With 24 hour management, and all information at hand you can assure a safe and enjoyable stay at our lovely modern Casa Particular. For more information please email us on: [email protected]
