We, the Paradise Property Group, are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Property Co-ordinator to join our property business, part of the leading North Cyprus holiday specialists, Cyprus Paradise and Cyprus Premier, with over 28 years experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales negotiation experience and have the drive and determination to help the company succeed in becoming North Cyprus' leading premier property group. They will need to be well-connected within the property industry, have excellent knowledge of the local market, be confident and a self-starter, able to use their initiative and manage a varied workload with the ultimate aim to provide a first-rate quality service to all of our clients, developers and investors.
The ideal candidate will need to be:
A clear and professional communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Highly motivated, passionate about property and Cyprus, with a strong drive to succeed
Able to provide consistently high levels of service and communication throughout the process
Knowledgeable about the property purchase process in North Cyprus (this is a distinct advantage)
Duties will include:
Assisting the CEO with day-to-day duties
Expanding the company portfolio by liaising with new investors, agents and developers and building relationships with them
Meeting with investors, accompanying property viewings and ensuring properties meet the clientsโ needs
Driving the business forward, which will include, but is not limited to; marketing properties for sale, exploring new opportunities and developments, generating new leads and investor interest, managing the rental guarantee for clients
