Today is International Celiac Day — and for me, it’s personal.
Living with celiac disease isn’t just about avoiding bread or skipping the cake at parties. It’s about reading every label, asking twice at restaurants, travel planning, and constantly balancing between health and social ease.

Being celiac means I’ve had to become an expert in my own well-being. It’s taught me to listen to my body, to advocate for myself, and to find strength in small victories, like discovering a new gluten-free spot and be the happiest girl on the planet!

To everyone living with celiac: I see you.

Annual Sales Contracts Comparison Across Cyprus

As we reflect on the real estate market’s performance over the past year, the latest Land Registry data highlights growth and opportunities across Cyprus. Here’s a breakdown of how each region performed in terms of total Contracts of Sales (CoS) deposited in 2024 compared to 2023:

📍 Nicosia:
+14% increase
3,527 CoS, representing 22% of total Pancyprian sales.
Conclusion: Nicosia experienced remarkable growth, reflecting strong demand and investor confidence in the capital.

📍 Limassol:
-1% slight decrease
5,032 CoS, accounting for 32% of the total market.
Conclusion: Despite a small dip, Limassol remains Cyprus’s largest and most robust market.

📍 Larnaca:
+5% increase
3,356 CoS, contributing 21% of total sales.
Conclusion: Larnaca continues solidifying its position as an emerging hub for investment and growth.

📍 Famagusta:
-5% decrease
775 CoS, representing 5% of the total market.
Conclusion: Famagusta saw a modest decline but remains a market with opportunities for the right investors.

📍 Paphos:
-8% decline
3,107 CoS, making up 20% of total sales.
Conclusion: Paphos experienced the largest drop, signaling potential for strategic opportunities and renewed focus.
