ARNOS GROUP is looking to recruit an Experienced PERSONAL ASSISTANT for its Limassol based Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining communication between the office and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients and authorities on a day-to-day basis either by phone or e-mail;
- Preparing and executing various documents, transcribing notes, researching documents, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets, creating/updating/maintaining all relevant records, registers and archive documents ;
- Undertake general office administration and other various ancillary administrative tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a similar position (5 years minimum) in a Law Firm or Corporate Services Provider;
Very good English and Russian (Written & Spoken),
Highly Computer Literate (Excel, MS Office applications), familiar with office management software, and experience with office equipment, experience with social media;
Holder of EU passport or valid work permit in Cyprus;
One or more of the following qualities will be considered an advantage:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
Knowledge of Greek or Arabic;
Knowledge of the document turnover and terminology used in the Cypriot legal system.

- Ability to understand and follow instructions with little or no follow up and excellent attention to detail;
- Being able to analyse information and compose professional articles, newsletters
- Highly organized individual who is comfortable in multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines;
- Willing and enthusiastic to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
