Recent data show one-bedroom apartments renting from €1,651/month, with large villas reaching nearly €10,000/month. On the sales side, house prices in the city rose by 9.1 % in Q1 2025, the sharpest increase in the country.

These figures mostly reflect new and high-end properties. More modest or older homes, especially inland, continue to offer more affordable options.
