Our firm successfully represented property owners before the Rent Control Court of Limassol in proceedings concerning the determination of the fair rent of a commercial property.

The Court accepted that the requirements for the revision of the rent had been satisfied and determined that the monthly rent should be increased from €550 to €916, with effect from the date the application was filed. The Court also ordered the tenant to pay the landlords’ legal costs.

🔸 Pick and reserve a name
Choose a unique company name and apply for approval.

🔸 Prepare company documents
Prepare the following:
