Renovation of the ground floor showroom into energy efficient offices has been completed and ready for the tenant to move in . 3 heat recovery systems are in operation and newly installed access control, burglar alarm and fire alarm 🚨

Renovation work continues and it’s within a few days of completion .

New fresh air system with heat recovery, Mitsubishi airconditioning equipment , Phillips LED lights, access control, burglar and fire alarm and network access points.

In an effort to reduce the waste footprint of LamdaVision Tower building, a paper recycling bin and a PMD recycling bin have been introduced to the building for the sole use of the tenants.

Tenants can thus reduce the running cost of their waste as in Aglantzia Municipality you pay garbage fees according to the number of pink garbage bags you use.

Renovation work is underway to convert the ground floor showroom and mezzanine floor into partitioned and high quality offices. New network points, airconditioning system and fresh air system with heat recovery will be installed with a 6 weeks completion timeframe.

3 photovoltaic solar systems have been installed on LamdaVision roof totaling 22Kw. A production of 35.000Kwh of electricity is expected to be produced/saved annually which is roughly the equivalent of:

a) getting 5.4 cars off the road
b) the total annual energy of 5 houses
c) a forest of 412 trees or 110.000m2 of forest and
many more ecological benefits ...
