As a Resident Manager based in Nicosia the successful applicant responsible to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of our Central Park Residence, policies and procedures for the operation by participating in the development of pricing and promotional strategies whereby the role will include key responsibilities such as:
•Short and long term planning and day-to-day operations of the apartment rentals and related areas
•Maintain all Guests rooms and public areas, plus the ‘heart of house’, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are met
•Recommend budget and manage expenses within approved budget constraints
•Areas of responsibility / management include: Front Office, Guest Relations, Marketing and Promotion, Housekeeping, Security and Recreation
•Responsible for training and developing team members within the rooms division area
•Implement and manage the rooms division’s annual budget, business and marketing plan with the objective to meet or exceed management expectations
•Manage the operations in a consistent manner to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction
•Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
The successful applicant must be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of two years experiences in a similar role. You should be a computer literate with working knowledge of hotel property management systems and you have the ability to communicate English clearly, fluently and effectively in writing and reading.
