🏡 Cape Forest 56 — When the journey to your dream home is literally uphill.
Here's the full story behind these three shots. 💪
🌅 5:00 AM — Modules depart the factory under full police es**rt. Wide loads don't just show up — they travel with coordinated traffic clearance all the way from factory to site.
🕗 8:45 AM — Arrival at the site perimeter. The low loaders can't go further. The steep unpaved hillroad stops them here — we planned for it.
⏳ 8:45–10:30 — Modules unloaded and staged at a temporary spot while the truck crane gets into position. Two hours of patient logistics that nobody sees in the final photos.
The groundwork was done days earlier — an excavator smoothened the access road, and the owner personally trimmed the trees along the route. No surprises on delivery day.
🕥 10:30 — First module lifted by crane onto the StopDigging screw pile foundation.
🕙 11:20 — Second module joins. The L-shape of the Cape Forest 56 takes form.
🕧 12:45 — Shell complete. Green metal roof, SIP walls, windows framed. Done. 🏡
One thing that still needs fixing in 2026 Cyprus 👀 — cable networks continue to hang wires below the legal 5m clearance. A real hazard for wide-load operations. 🔌⚠️
