AWC Property Management Ltd are specialists in individual property management, complex management, maintenance and holiday rentals all across the Paphos region in Cyprus and we are looking for a competent, knowledgeable and experienced bookkeeper to join our team.
We currently have a well-established accounting system and processes in place so any applicants MUST have good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and its processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining records of financial transactions and posting transactions both for a Cypriot and UK based company.
Maintaining accounts by verifying, allocating, and reconciling entries
Preparing financial reports, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
Monthly payroll processing
Online submission of monthly Social Insurance contributions
Preparing and online submission of quarterly VAT Returns
Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:
Knowledge of Sage Report Designer
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Analyzing Information
Dealing with Complexity
Data Entry Skills
Attention to Detail Confidentiality
Thoroughness
Team Player
Self-motivated individual
Experience working with Tax and VAT
Multitasking
Previous bookkeeping experience necessary
This is a part-time role which will require approximately 20 hours per week and the hours can be flexible. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. The successful applicant would be based in our offices in Peyia. Closing date 23 September 2020
