Premier Property Management Ltd offers comprehensive property management services on the east coast of Cyprus, including cleaning, key holding, marketing, maintenance, pool cleaning, and meet & greet services for holiday rental properties. There are lots to think about when letting out your property to holiday makers but the biggest decision you need to make is "Who shall I choose to manage my property?"

Premier Property Management have all the answers. We provide professional services such as arrival & departure cleaning, welcome books, meet & greet, pool cleaning and much more. Marketing a property yourself can be quite challenging and stressful. Let's face it, your advert is the main revenue earner and a professionally written advert can extend your rental season greatly. We can take all of this stress from you and market your property for you. We handle all booking enquires, payments, security deposits, cleaning and more and with low commission. Having a swimming pool is a major extra revenue earner and holiday makers will pay premium prices for properties with a pool. We maintain pools to the NSPF Certified pool and spa operator standard and follow all the procedures and practices laid down in the EU 15288-2 standards document. We only use top quality chemicals and routinely visit pools to keep them in top shape and looking beautiful. Premier Property Management is an all in one solution. 🏡 OWNER FAQ: How often will I receive my rental income?

One of the most important questions when choosing a holiday rental management company is knowing when you'll actually get paid.

At Premier Property Management, we keep it straightforward.

💶 Owners receive their rental income monthly.

Rental income from completed stays is paid by the 15th of the following month, based on the guest's checkout date.

For example, if your guests check out during July, the corresponding rental income is included in your August payment.

Before payment, our agreed commission and applicable property charges are deducted, giving you a clear picture of the amount being transferred.

It's all part of making professional holiday rental management as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
