It has been our pleasure to be a complex deal maker, when we have assisted our client Breadway a.s. with their expansion process within the P3 Logistic Parks Horní Počernice.
Breadway a.s. did not occupy entire warehouse space where they operated their business, so we helped them to acquire the entire space, in total 4685 sqm of warehouse and 1800 sqm office without the need of any further nor costly relocation.
The other tenant - KPP has been relocated convienently within the P3 Logistic Parks as well. This was definitely a win-win-win solution for all parties involved including the landlord.

This deal was definitely "bake to suit” 🥖 🥐 😎

After 9 months of construction of the premises, it was our pleasure to attend the expected opening ceremony of the new TERRASTROJ spol. s r.o. 🚜(manufacturer, dealer and lessor of JCB construction machinery) branch, which is an example of successful coordination and cooperation between TERRASTROJ as the end user/owner of the premises and the developer IPEC 🏗 with the financing partner SYMPATIA within the D1 Park Business Senec project.

These premises will be a good reference for TERRASTROJ spol. s r.o. as a state-of-the-art 🌟branch within the network and also the quality of the real estate that IPEC in cooperation with SYMPATIA offers and brings in this specific park.

We believe that after the first TERRASTROJ spol. s r.o. client, other clients will use already built premises at the back of the project for lease or ownership. As the project is expected to grow with the second phase and already valid building permit, it is ready to be Built-to-Suit.

For our major client ESA logistika, we have managed to negotiate new favourable lease conditions at their current warehouse premises 🏭 at CTPark Modrice, where it occupies 5,600 sqm.

There is nothing better than to get together.
Last week we have been empowering our team spirit and cross-border cooperation while enjoying teambuilding activities in Teplice nad Metuji along with our Slovak colleagues.

As Space Brokers, we always "move mountains" for our clients to make delas happen. However, these mountains were fun to conquer and enjoy! 😎❤️
