We do not want to revolutionize the world of recruitment.
Nor are we recruitment rebels.
We do not promise that you will 100% find your new dream job.
We do not promise that you will find your dream candidate either.
And we certainly do not tell fairy tales about perfect solutions to every HR problem – unlike some self-proclaimed HR miracle workers.
However, you have nothing to lose. Neither as an employee nor as an employer.
How It Works
Our placement system combines anonymity with the principles of fair selection. The applicant decides which company they would like to connect with. This is precisely what makes our system attractive. It is hard to imagine another system that can offer greater transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities in the labor market.
We built this platform with limited capital but an abundance of hard work, passion, and dedication – for people who work with their hands and do not spend their days moving Excel spreadsheets from one monitor to another. For employees who do not feel at home on LinkedIn or Xing.
A platform that places special emphasis on equality, unbiased recruitment, breaking down language barriers, and salary transparency.
No application stress.
No recruitment stress.
The platform has been primarily optimized for staffing and temporary employment agencies, but it is equally suitable for small and medium-sized businesses as well as larger companies looking to hire many employees.
Because both sides remain anonymous, the process is a bit like a blind date – without unpleasant surprises. The candidate decides which offer they like best. The employer only pays once all terms have been agreed upon and the employment contract has been signed. This provides additional security and predictability.
