Charming renovated studio in famous Neukölln district! The apartment was recently renovated and hand-crafted by a carpenter, who built a fantastic loft-bed out of solid wood, together with stairs hiding drawers. The main living space is functionally divided in different spaces: cooking, eating, working, relaxing and sleeping. Some vintage details gives a unique charme to the place, turning it in one-of-a-kind apartment. It is full equipped with flat-rate internet, TV, vacuum, spot lights and so on. The modern kitchen mixes elements like real wood, black doors, black stove, metal elements and exposed old bricks; there you can find a hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer as well as all cooking/eating utensils like pots, pans, cutleries, cups and all the flatware you may need.
There is also comfortable sofa, a large wardrobe, two set of drawers and a big table for many purposes. The windows are on both sides of the apartments and the bigger ones faces a quiet green courtyard.
In the renovated bathroom there is a modern shower.

The bright apartment is situated at the second floor of a building surrounded by tall trees. The living room offers a comfortable king-size bed, a sofa, an extendable table with 4 chairs and a few cabinets, book-shelves and closets. The bathroom and the kitchen are equipped with everything (cutlery, flatware, cooking utensils).
The quiet balcony has a back yard view that invites to just sit and relax.
The apartment provides household appliances such as fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettel, vacum cleaner, washing machine, flatiron and ironing board.

Das helle Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstr. und liegt in der zweiten Etage, es ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein gemütliches Doppelbett, eine Couch und einen Tisch mit Stühlen. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und das Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Der großzügige Balkon mit herlichem Ausblick lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Haushaltsgeräte: Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, und Staubsauger, Waschmaschine.

Location
The apartment lies in a green quiet side road in the lively area of Wilmersdorf, on the border to Schöneberg, close the beautiful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and the famous Ku'damm. The area offers a large selection of bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and many night-life attractions. The world known KaDeWe (Department Store of the West) can be reached with a small walk.
There are two metro station nearby: Berliner Str (line U9 and U7) and Blisse Str (line U7). The U9 leads in 2 stops to the big station Zoologischer Garten, crossing of many lines, for example the central S-Bahn to Friedrichstrasse and Alexanderplatz. The Nollendorfplatz station is then only 2 stops away with the U3, or reachable on foot: its surrounding area offers a lot of interesting bars and restaurants, crowded not only on weekends.

Das Apartment liegt im Herzen Berlins in Wilmersdorf an der Grenze zu Schöneberg. Fussläufig sind sowohl der wunderschöne Viktoria-Luise-Platz als auch der Kudamm zu erreichen. Der eine reichhaltige Auswahl an Shops, Restaurants, Bars, und Cafès bietet. Hier befindet sich auch das berühmte Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe). Neben einem reichhaltigem Programm für den Tag bietet diese Gegen auch ein lebendiges Angebot für den Abend.

2 U-Bahn-Linien sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt: U9 und U7(Berliner Str) und die U7 (Blisse Str )

Zum Zoologischer Garten sind es mit der U9 nur 2 Stationen und von dort gelangt man mit der S-Bahn-Linie zur Friedrichstr. oder zum Alexanderplatz. Ebenso der Nollendorfplatz (Regenbogen-Area) ist mit der U3 nur 2 Stationen entfernt. In diesem Teil der Stadtbefindet sich eine interessante Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars, ein Besuch lohnt sich vor allem am Wochenende.

Apartment
The apartment itself consists of a large room well-divided into:
- sleeping area (large bed with side table and side lamps)
- dining area (new table with 4 chairs)
- relaxing area (bright corner with a large sofa and a lower table)
3 new matching lamps (for ceiling, floor and bed) cannot be seen in the attached pictures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, modern cooking plate and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking equipment/utensils you may need.
The washing machine is the bathroom, together with a modern shower and a couple of cabinets.

Location
This beautiful studio was newly renovated and is centrally located in Kreuzberg between two big city parks called Viktoria and Flaschenhal (southern part of Gleis-Dreieck Park). It lies at the first floor of a respectful old building and faces a quiet courtyard with trees. The large windows, the high ceiling and especially the wooden-tiled floor in the apartment, they all give a "ALTBAU" flair and special comfort.
