After a year and a half of preparation and negotiation we have secured one of the last sites in the center of Berlin. Our new project FRIZZ23 has won an exemplary public land sale process, a process based not only on price, but also on the strength and uniqueness of our concept, a result of an intensive dialogue with the neighborhood. We are seeking investors interested in owning space in this pio

neering project. On this empty site, we are building a community from scratch that shares our innovative spirit. The space will house a mix of commercial uses centered on art, creative industry and education. We will also be expanding our prize winning Minilofts in this space. Depending on finishing standards and location within the building, the units will cost between 2,600 €/m2 and 3,900 €/m2 (VAT is not included, and does not apply for commercial units). These numbers reflect the current planning stage, and may be subject to change. Time is of the essence; so far we have only told a few close friends, and the first units are already spoken for.
