💻 Busy ≠ Productive
Modern work is full of things that feel important. Another meeting, another call, another round of coordination, another “quick update”. And somehow the entire day disappears without anything truly moving forward.
Meetings are a good example. Not because meetings are bad, collaboration matters , but because everything becomes a priority. Suddenly everyone joins every call, even if they are not really needed. More talking, more organizing, less actual creating.
And maybe that is the real issue: we treat every task equally instead of focusing on the few things that actually create impact. The Pareto Principle explains it well — often 20% of the work creates 80% of the results.
Of course, preparation matters. But sometimes the better question is: do we really need more planning, or should we simply start?
Because not everything has to be perfect. Just good enough to move things forward.
Less noise. More focus.
