He guys I am going to rent a Bed in sharing Bedroom apartment with Anmeldung . This room has 2 single bed .You have to share the room with one more guy who and he is an Indian. Remember this is not Private bedroom if you are looking for. This is Sharing bedroom. So you need to sleep in the same room where other guy will sleep. Thous looking for a budget place to live in Berlin. This is perfect place for him with all facility. This house has high speed WiFi, refrigerator, Washing machine, TV with 30 German channels. The rent is including all utilities. It is available from 1st December 2025 to until long term. 370€ rent plus 370€ is full refundable deposit. If you think the rent is expensive please look for cheaper one and don't text me. The location is great near Alexanderplatz called Schliemannstr 4, 10437,Berlin. Around house has many Supar market, bar, Shops, Restaurant, pharmacy etc. Train U2 , Tram M1, M12 by walking 5 minutes . Tram M10 by walking 3 minutes, TRAM M2 by walking 7 minutes and Ring Bhan is by walking 10 minutes from home. I prefer clean and Quite guy also I prefer Full time workers or student .
