we – Abdul and Beate Minder-Akbari – welcome you cordially on our website!
We are happily married for over 30 years and run our renting business of our second flat since 2003. We are always pleased about the numerous guests that we are able to welcome in our apartments and who are coming from a wide international range. Our guests are coming from a huge variety of different countries, such as India, Russia, China, USA and many more.
The location of the apartment is perfect for guests, who want to relax after a long day of work. Outside of the inner-city of Bonn, which is easily reachable within 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle, lies the dristrict of Neu-Vilich. With close connection to Bonn, Siegburg or Cologne the position of our apartment is very central. Whether you want to find supermarkets, beverage stores, drug stores or even DIY markets – they are all only 5 minutes of walking away. This great location is supplemented by a wonderful and trimmed garden, in which (especially during summer) you can relax on deck chairs.
Our commitment to our guests is passionate. We are pleased to help you with all problems, which might occur. Who has once lived in Germany as a foreign guest maybe knows how hard it can be with the German Ämter. Besides of help like this we are offering a variety of usable devices such as bicycles, buggies, etc. that should comfort you in your domestic living. We are also open to new suggestions for improving your quality of living.
What also qualifies us besides of our top apartments is our personal contact to our guests with whom we, if wished, share personal contact. Through Barbecues, Excursions and caretaking our guests have always felt homelike and secure.
Of course, Bonn is an extraordinary cultural city! It is the old capital of the federal republic of Germany, in which great artists, such as Beethoven, were born. The Bonn opera, the mile of the museums, and wonderful parks underline the exceptional aspect of this city, that has over 2000 years of history, as it was initially founded as a roman settlement.
Who like to go out in the evenings can visit the many bars and clubs of the city which have a fantastic view as they are close to the rhine promenade. There are also bigger festivals like Pützchens Markt, rhine in flames, carnival, etc. We are pleased to advise you about the numerous offers and can give you some insider tips, so that your stay in Bonn won’t just be a period in your life, but a real experience!
