Adressing the dormitory residents.

Tomorrow it's once again time for our Neon Party!
We'll hand out Neon Colors and Glowsticks to decorate yourself or others with!
The pub will open regularly at 21 pm. Since this is a special party we'll close at 2 instead of 1!

FYI: the dormitory pub opens every Wednesday at 9pm! Spread the word to your friends and come to have a beer with us! There will be NO extra postings on the dormitory doors each week, only if there are special parties like christmas etc. when special drinks are offered! Cheers your Thekenteam

important change concerning the plenary meeting this evening:
We decided that Erasmus students are also welcome to join the meeting. We´re going to discuss some important things that adress everyone in the dorm.

Erasmus students are not allowed to vote or to be elected but we kindly ask you to come to inform you about some very important stuff.

Please tell your friends living in the dorm.

Dear all,

please keep in mind that the parties in our pub are only for residents of this dormitory.

Moreover we kindly ask you to obey the rules that ensure a peaceful coabitation. You can find them everywhere in the dorm (doors, washing room etc.).
We want you all to have a remarkable time full of fun and unforgettable experiences, so please stick to the following rules:

1.Quiet closing of apartment doors
2. No loud and extensive conversations in the hallway
3. No private parties (especially weeknights)
4. No acts of vandalism
5. Firendly and peaceful behaviour towards other residents
6. NO AFTERPARTIES (after closing of pups)

Consequences in case of noncompliance:

1. Letters of reprimand and possibly notice of cancellation (rental contract)

2.criminal proceedings in case of vandalism

3. ultimate closing of the pub

Dear residents,

last night there have been some demolition in the building. Please be careful with the furniture, the doors and everything else here. You should not damage anything or get in trouble with other people! Notice that any kind of noncompliance will get haunted. Moreover our, pub that we all appreciate, gets in danger to be closed if people are not able to behave. We want everyone here to have an awesome time, but there are some rules to be observed.
