We are proud to announce that EDEN Tower has been selected as a finalist for the Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards at AIA Chicago. 🏆 This exceptional project, presented in partnership with the Chicago Architecture Center, showcases our dedication to innovation and architectural excellence.
🌿 EDEN Tower is the first green tower in Frankfurt and one of the tallest in Europe! Located in the heart of the city, it offers a unique sky-living experience, while leading the way in creating a destination that exemplifies urban sustainability. With 20% of its façade covered in 200,000 plants, EDEN is a prime example of how urban planners can rethink cities to make them more welcoming and resilient.

Designed in collaboration with Jahn (Chicago), Tilman Lange Braun & Schlockermann Architekten (Germany), and Jaspers Eyers Architects (Brussels), with the green façade crafted by Sempergreen (Netherlands), EDEN is a true technical and environmental feat.

From seed to blossom 🌱

Few weeks ahead the completion of the tower, Immobel invited Evan Jahn and Steve Cook from Jahn/, the Chicago-based international design firm that designed the Eden Tower to pay a visit to the building.

From the outset, Jahn’s vision was to create a residential tower with green oases for relaxation, tranquility, a feeling of security and a slower pace – right in the heart of a cosmopolitan city.
Today the Eden tower embraces nature by featuring one of Europe’s tallest exterior green wall systems, which runs the full height of the façade. The plants maintain year-round connectivity to the natural environment.
Through this transition times cities seek to improve resource access, lower emissions, protect and enhance biodiversity in line with the sustainable development goals. On a minimal footprint Eden is going live and life is growing up!

We take you to the backstage where all the workers are mobilised for the final works in the common areas. This is the last straight line before the keyhandover.
